Rick McCallum

Best known for his collaborations with legendary filmmaker George Lucas, Rick McCallum’s notable career includes producing The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles as well as the Star Wars Special Editions and Prequel Trilogy. He was instrumental in surfacing new filmmaking technologies, launching new digital workflows which didn’t exist prior.

In addition to his work with Lucas on the Star Wars films, McCallum is also known for producing the British television series, The Singing Detective.

After working as Head of Production for Lucasfilm, a major film production company in California, for 17 years, McCallum moved to Prague and co-founded Film United, a service provider and producer of films and television in Czech Republic.

This masterclass will be in a Q&A format, so please bring your questions and engage with our speaker freely.

Viktor Kristof

Viktor Kristof is a film producer from the Czech Republic, representing the next generation at Three Brothers Production, a family-run company founded in 1991. He specializes in international co-productions and services for foreign films, with a strong focus on historical content. Viktor has been involved in over 100 film projects, including more than 10 feature films, collaborating with top dramaturgs, historians, and industry professionals. The company is also known for its extensive collection of historical props and a state-of-the-art workshop located in a renovated 13th-century keep in Prague.

In addition to his work with Three Brothers, Viktor has contributed to several major international films. He holds degrees in Communications and Information Security Management and an Executive MBA, with international experience in Australia and Japan.

Beyond his career in film production, Viktor is also the founder and CEO of Prague Film Institute, a school he started to train the next generation of film professionals. 

Doors open 20 minutes prior to the start of the Q&A. This event is first-come-first-serve and we will close the doors when we reach full capacity.
